“Good thing you can’t talk!”- girl walking into the abortion clinic seeing the red tape across my face
Wow, Jesus. I felt that one. I’ve stood here and have heard so much worse. I’ve heard biting and mean things that made me feel like loving those girls and their babies inside them even more. But that one…that one made me think. Alot.
WOW. I’m glad I can’t talk, too, Jesus. But not for the same reason she is. I’m so glad that all I can do here is pray. All I can do is stand infront of this building week after week and pray to you. You see me. YOU hear me. And Satan is shuddering.
I have nothing to say if it’s not to You. Or if it’s not to pray for them and with them…the ones You love. That girl thinks because I don’t talk I have no power. She’s right.
You have all the power, Jesus! And I stand here praying because you’ve asked me to. And because I long to stand for your heart. I do this because we pray and You move.
We pray.
You move.
I don’t need to persuade her. I want to call down the Kingdom in Your Name! I want the city of Birmingham to walk in His healing and fullness!
I don’t stand in vain today. Thank you Jesus that I’m not talking!
Praise You that I can stand with You and intercede for Life!! It’s what You have called me to and I’m honored to stand and not talk. I’m honored to be one that You set on the wall!

The last prayer siege was amazing! Several people didn’t even realize it was an abortion clinic and they were eating outside the restaurant next door! Painters were even painting the building next to the clinic from rust red to WHITE. We felt that was from Jesus showing us that His blood covers all our sins and cleanses us white as snow. HE IS DOING A NEW THING!!! And the building they were painting was an optometrist office! Again, Jesus showing us that He is giving our city new eyes for what is going on. Amen!!!

Where: New Women All Women (next to Al’s Deli and Grille)
Corner of 10th Ave S and 17 St S
Birmingham, AL 35205
*New Women will be open until 12pm. Workers will leave around 12:30pm.
Our goal is to stand and pray. It isn’t about the clinic being open.
Meet at this location at 11:30 am for your Life tape and group prayer. Look for a section leader- they will have red tape across their back!
REMEMBER…If you can only come for a small amount of time- still come.
No amount of time is too small!
Come knowing that you are not standing in vain!
